The Navigation District does not control the two County Parks nor the County Piers located in town, so we will not be determining if they are remaining open to the public. Public restrooms will remain open for the near future.
WCND and PMPUD Customers are encouraged to pay their Utility and Lease Bills online at portofportmansfield.com. Over 60 percent of our customers already use this free service and doing so limits your exposure during self-imposed and mandated quarantines and closures.
